Returns & Exchanges

At WAHTS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Registration

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Packaging

  Place the items back in their original WAHTS packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original labels and tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Labeling

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop-off

  Hand over your package at a designated carrier drop-off point and keep the tracking receipt as proof of shipment until your refund is processed.
